2004年7月13日に発売された、アメリカ・ニューヨーク州シラキュースで開催された世界最大規模のハードコア・フェスティバル Hellfestの2003年度版オフィシャル・ドキュメンタリーDVDです。
DVD2枚組に圧巻のボリュームで収録されていて、熱狂的なライブシーンはもちろんバンドやファンへのインタビュー等も収録されております。
個人的にはYouTubeもまだなかった時代に海外のアンダーグラウンドなシーンのライブ映像を見れるというのが大きく購入したのですが、メジャーシーンでも通用するようなバンドからド変態なバンドまで様々なバンドが収録されており、このDVDをきっかけに知ったバンドも沢山あって、収穫の多い作品でした。
ジャケットは海外のアンダーグラウンドなフライヤーのようなデザインで、イカついタイトルデザインと加工された写真の熱狂感が白＋黒＋赤の配色で更に燃えたぎるかのようなものになっています。
バックカバーに曲目とクレジット類が掲載されており、歌詞カードは付属しておりませんが別紙で各バンドの紹介と2002年版DVDのフライヤーが付属しています。
