オリジナルリリースは1969年の作品で、所有しているのはOdeonからリプレスされた日本盤です。
数あるビートルズのアルバムジャケットの中でも特に印象的なジャケットで、レコードジャケット史上でも最も有名なもののひとつとして挙げられるもので、アビイ・ロード・スタジオ前の横断歩道は2010年にイギリスの文化遺産に指定されており、今でも世界中から多くのファンが訪れるとのことです。
