2020年3月2日に発売された、Yagyaのオリジナルアルバム。
昭和初期の詩人・立原道造の詩世界をモチーフにしたとされる作品で、
「君の夢と思ひ出を」という日本語タイトルを表現したかのようなジャケットはレトロでノスタルジックな雰囲気となっています。
見開きのデジパック仕様で歌詞カードなどの付属品はなく、CD盤面にもモノクロ写真がプリントされています。
フォトグラファーはYusaku Aoki氏、デザイン＆レイアウトはGraphic SurgeryのErris氏。
